The U15, U17 and U20 Welsh Mountain championships are on Saturday 22nd July at Canolfan Commnity Centre (LL54 7BB ) near Caernafon, North Wales. These races also act as the trials for the Welsh U17 and U20 teams in the British and Irish Junior Mountain Home Nations which this year will be in Peebles, Scotland on 10th September. Details below:

RACE 1 – TIME: 12:00pm. Under 15– Born 2009, 2010 & 2011. Minimum Age 12years on race day.
DISTANCE/HEIGHT: 4.5km/160m. Large loop only.
RACE 2 – TIME: 12:30pm. Under 17 – Born 2007 & 2008
DISTANCE/HEIGHT: 6.89km/276m. One small and one large loop
RACE 3 – TIME: 1:15pm. Under 20 Born 2004, 2005 & 2006
DISTANCE/HEIGHT: 8.70km/345m. Two small loops and one large loop.
